Keith Francis Mundy, a Democrat from Ohio; born in Ohio, November 12, 1949; graduated from Hudson High School, Hudson, Ohio, 1968; attended University of Akron (1968-75), Akron, Ohio, where he served on Student Senate, and was Campus Editor, Wire Editor, and Advertising manager for the campus newspaper, The Buchelite.
Mr. Mundy owned CourtDelivery.com in Cleveland, Ohio, serving legal clients throughout Ohio and the United States.
In 2015, he was elected chair of the Grassroots Committee to support Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign in Cuyahoga County and throughout Northeast Ohio, helping to open four campaign offices and helped start many groups.
Keith was a Candidate for Congress in 2016 and again in 2024. He has also managed congressional campaigns in 2020, 2022, and 2024.
Former Trump aide Rep. Max Miller, 35, has filed for divorce from his wife Emily Moreno, 30, (who has accussed him of doing drugs) less than one year after the birth of their newborn baby.
According to a court filing in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, the Ohio congressman is divorcing his wife Emily after two years of marriage.
The unraveling of their marriage comes 10 months after the birth of their firstborn daughter, Ruth. Miller had posted an Instagram on November 4, 2023 introducing 'our beautiful daughter Ruth' saying at the time that her birth is a reminder of the 'importance of family.'
Moreno and Miller got engaged in 2021 after his messy relationship with ex-Melania spokeswoman and White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham came to an end after allegations of 'abuse.
'President Donald Trump spoke at their wedding a year later in August 2022 at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club. He sang the praises of Max, one of his favorite former staffers whom he endorsed in his pursuit for Congress.
In October 2021 Grisham, 46, wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post claiming that the Trumps 'didn't seem to care' when she told them her relationship with Miller had turned 'abusive.'
Max Leonard Miller is an American politician who has served as the U.S. representative for Ohio's 7th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as a political appointee in the first Trump administration.
President Donald Trump commuted fabulist liar and disgraced former Rep. George Santos’ seven-year prison sentence, releasing him from jail on Oct. 17. had called Miller a 'woman beater' last year.
Miller called Santos a crook.
Santos fired back: 'My colleague wants to come up here, call me a crook. The same colleague who's accused of being a woman beater. Are we really going to ignore the facts that we all have pasts?'
Miller is an heir of the prominent Forest City Enterprises real estate company and Moreno is the daughter of a luxury auto dealer-turned-Senator (R-OH).

In 2001, Portugal decriminalized the personal possession of all drugs as part of a wider re-orientation of policy towards a health-led approach. Possessing drugs for personal use is instead treated as an administrative offense, meaning it is no longer punishable by imprisonment and does not result in a criminal record and associated stigma. Drugs are, however, still confiscated and possession may result in administrative penalties such as fines or community service.
Importantly, the decriminalization of personal possession is only one part of broader health-centered drug policy reforms that involve an increased focus on harm reduction and treatment provision. Ours is not a country where everyone plays by the same set of economic rules. Many longstanding federal and state policies privilege some businesses and not others. This tilted playing field isn't just unfair; it's grossly inefficient. Remember that 'BIG OIL', coal, oil, and natural gas received $5.9 trillion in subsidies in 2020 — or roughly $11 million every minute.
Then they took in profits ... Three of the largest oil and gas producers reported strong combined profits of $85.6 billion in 2023. Exxon Mobil reported $36 billion in profit for the year, supported by further oil and gas production. Chevron outlined profits of $21.4 billion — the second-largest profits in a decade for both.

“These are not talking points; these are facts,” Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, said on MSNBC.
If only that was the case. They weren’t actually facts — not his claim that Border Patrol officers have become “babysitters,” nor his reference to an “effective open border” with Mexico.
In a recent Washington Post analysis, three academics from the University of California at San Diego looked at the data to see if there was evidence of a “surge” at the border. Here's what they found: We analyzed monthly CBP data from 2012 to now and found no crisis or surge that can be attributed to Biden administration policies. Rather, the current increase in apprehensions fits a predictable pattern of seasonal changes in undocumented immigration combined with a backlog of demand because of 2020’s corona virus border closure.
How many Americans have actually been killed or injured by a terrorist who illegally crossed into the United States via the southern border? Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Climate Change
Climate change costs the world $16 million per hour. By 2050, the damage is estimated to be between $1.7 trillion and $3.1 trillion per year.
The effects of climate change are already here and we're seeing them across the state. But it's not just in Ohio.
There is no Planet B. So today we all need to do our part to commit to fighting to protect our environment for future generations. From demanding action from our current legislators to pass clean energy bills to electing pro-environment Progressive Democrats at every government level in 2026. We must ensure climate change is front and center.
Root Causes and U.S. Policy.
Families arriving at the United States border today have undertaken dangerous journeys to escape persecution and violence. They have the right to request safe haven in the U.S., (right-to-life) and should not be criminalized, nor turned back to the harm that can happen to them, or separated from their children.
Remember, the majority of these people are Christian Catholics.
Charter School Accountability!
As taxpayer-funded schools, charter schools must be held to the same standards of accountability, transparency, and equity as traditional district public schools. The Republican Party is not a party of ideas or policies; it is a party of grievance—including phony grievance—that is animated by the organizing principle of tribal resentment. It is hard to compromise with that, and achieving unity with those who embrace such a stand is tough. GOP leaders now see their future as tied to the exploitation of unfounded angst, the fanning of false narratives, and the suppression of democracy. The party resides within a dark, nonsensical, racist framework—and there is no sign this is a framework its leaders or its voters wish to cancel.
The Republican Party is the biggest threat to American democracy today. It is a radical, obstructionist faction that has become hostile to the most basic democratic norm: that the other side should get to wield power when it wins elections.
A few years ago, these statements may have sounded like partisan Democratic hyperbole. But in the wake of the January 6 attack on the Capitol and Trump’s acquittal in the Senate on the charge of inciting it, they seem more a plain description of where we’re at as a country.
But how deep does the GOP’s problem with democracy run? How did things get so bad? And is it likely to get worse? Stay tuned, and we will make this work for all of us.

America was forged in the blood and fire of rejecting tyranny; its institutions were meticulously formed around the principle that a king would never rule us.
Yet Trump delights in reposting memes of himself as a king, Napoleon, Superman and the Pope with a line attributed to the emperor: “He who saves his country does not violate any law."
”His dictatorial impulses were evident when he refused to accept the results of the 2020 election and egged on a mob to disrupt the certification of the election, even if it meant that his vice president might be hanged. And now he has added imperialistic impulses, musing about taking over the Panama Canal, Greenland, Canada, Gaza, D.C., and mineral rights in Ukraine.
Republicans want to SLASH Social Security!
Social Security has a surplus of over $2 trillion. For over thirty years, however, It collected more in payroll taxes and other income than it paid in benefits and other expenses. The Treasury invested the surplus in interest-bearing Treasury securities, ultimately reaching a total of $2.9 trillion in trust fund reserves.
Social Security remains beloved and has bipartisan support among American citizens. Yet the program faces an insolvency crisis. It pays out more in benefits than it collects in taxes and is, therefore, devouring its trust fund. By 2034, when the fund is projected to run dry, it's estimated that 81 million Americans will face automatic benefit cuts of 20%. This is not an option, but I do have a plan.
To make Social Security solvent for the next 75 years, legislators could raise the tax rate from 6.2% to 8.1%. According to current actuarial projections, this would fix the problem until 2095. So, it is fixable but painful.
Legislators could close three-quarters of the long-term deficit by immediately abolishing the maximum taxable wage base (currently $147,000), thus subjecting all wages to taxation.
I would do this.
Republicans spent years arguing that abortion should be left up to the states. Then, they rigged the court to overturn Roe so they could get their desired outcome.
The GOP forgot about one thing: the people of the United States.
We, the people, rose up against them and voted to protect abortion rights at the state level here in Ohio. We organized, rallied, and turned out in droves to defeat the GOP's anti-woman agenda. So now, abortion is a federal issue again, so much for states' rights.
We need Congress to place a check on AI in the workplace before it threatens wages and the dignity of work.
Recently, the Screen Actors Guild and Writers Guild of America were striking to protect their job security and wages — and AI protections were a central part of their grievances. Executives wanted to exploit actors and writers using AI, but workers stood up and said NO.
AI has been impacting workplaces across sectors, and its impact will only be felt more as time goes by. It’s time to protect workers in the new digital age.And our lawmakers have a critical role to play.
Workers should have a decision-making role in how and when their companies adopt technologies that will impact their jobs. Workers should receive compensation based on profit from the implementation of these technologies, not solely hours worked.
Congress is already behind the eight-ball on the issue of AI in the workplace. It’s time for lawmakers to act. I will get it done knowing that Max Miller will not do a thing!
Congress should reject this misguided approach and instead pursue a farm bill that advances food security and family well-being by protecting and strengthening SNAP. The farm bill framework released by Senate Agriculture Committee Chair Debbie Stabenow (R), which includes key improvements to SNAP without harmful benefit cuts, should be the basis for farm bill negotiations moving forward.
I will advocate for farmers and rural communities through legislation.
I will focus on food security and nutrition programs.
I support sustainable agricultural practices and environmental stewardship.
I will work on issues related to crop insurance and farm subsidies.
I will engage in bipartisan efforts to address agricultural challenges.
We need Congress to place a check on AI in the workplace before it threatens wages and the dignity of work. By taxing AI we can build a safty net for displaced workers.

Currently, earnings over $160,200 are exempt from Social Security taxes. This cap means that high earners contribute a smaller percentage of their income to Social Security than middle—and lower-income workers. By raising or eliminating this cap, we can create a more equitable system, ensuring the program remains funded for future generations. We can all agree that someone making 10s and 100s of millions of dollars per year can afford to cough up a little more in taxes to support the seniors in our lives. They've earned it.
Moreover, raising the cap aligns with the values we hold dear in Ohio: fairness, responsibility, and community support. Social Security is not merely a government program ; it's a promise made to American workers who have contributed to this system throughout their lives. Fulfilling that promise is a moral obligation we cannot ignore.
Unlike my republican opponent, I won't let the seniors in our community fall into poverty on my watch. Defend Social Security, defend our democracy, and kick the bums out who are trying to dismantle the programs that protect our seniors.

Physical Separation
There is a physical separation between Palestinians living in Gaza and those in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem. Israel essentially bars any movement between these areas. In 1995, the occupied West Bank was divided into three areas, designated as Areas A, B, and C, as part of the Oslo Accords. Area C - 60 percent of the West Bank and home to about 300,000 Palestinians - was supposed to be handed over to the Palestinian Authority. But Israel still controls it completely and has built more than 290 illegal Jewish settlements and outposts on it, where some 700,000 settlers now live. Israeli settlements are illegal under international law.

Israel controls most of the water resources in the region, including the main underground aquifers of the occupied West Bank. Palestinians living in the occupied West Bank and Gaza often face restrictions on access and usage. The World Health Organization recommends a minimum safe water consumption of 100 litres per capita per day. In 2023, Israelis on average consumed 247 litres a day, while Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza got 82 litres.

Palestine is digitally occupied, too. Israel restricts imports of information and communications technology (ICT) equipment, claiming it is “dual use”, or has both civilian and military applications. While Israel is rolling out high-speed 5G mobile internet, Palestinian network operators are only allowed to use 3G in the occupied West Bank (since 2018) and 2G in Gaza. These restrictions stifle Palestine’s ICT sector, which relies mostly on Israeli software and infrastructure. Israeli networks can also monitor and censor online Palestinian content.

Every morning, before dawn, tens of thousands of Palestinian workers squeeze into cage-like lanes to wait to pass Israeli military checkpoints on their way to work. Israel, with its heavy restrictions on Palestinian movement and resources, has driven Palestinian unemployment rates to the third highest in the world. Making matters worse, as of January 2024, about 507,000 jobs have been lost across Palestine due to Israel’s war on Gaza, according to the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics. The ILO predicts that if the war on Gaza continues until June, unemployment in Palestine will rise above 45 percent compared with 25 percent for the same period last year.

What would you do if you knew you needed a permit to build a home, but it is nearly impossible to get one because you are Palestinian? Many Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem are forced to build homes without permits because Israel refuses to grant them. “All my memories were in that house,” Fakhri Abu Diab, 62, told Al Jazeera after Israeli authorities bulldozed his home in occupied East Jerusalem in February. Israeli authorities typically require Palestinian residents to pay for the bulldozing of their own homes, leaving Abu Diab concerned that he may not be able to afford the demolition. At least 10,700 Palestinian-owned structures in the occupied West Bank have been demolished, displacing more than 16,000 people, since 2009, the UN said.

Israel has significant influence over Palestine's financial resources through mechanisms like the taxes it collects on behalf of the Palestinian Authority (PA), which has overseen parts of the Israeli-occupied West Bank since the mid-1990s. Israel collects about $188m a month in taxes on behalf of the PA - 64 percent of the PA’s total revenue. Israel has regularly suspended these payments, hampering the PA’s ability to pay salaries to its estimated 150,000 employees working in the occupied West Bank and Gaza. Since 1967, when Israel occupied all of historic Palestine and expelled 300,000 Palestinians from their homes, Palestinian trade relations with the Arab world have been all but cut off. Israel controls the movement of goods that Palestinians can import and export. In 2001, Israeli forces destroyed Yasser Arafat International Airport in Rafah, southern Gaza, the territory’s only Palestinian-operated airport. Yasser Arafat International Airport was meant to facilitate both international trade and tourism. Palestine has a high trade deficit because of Israeli restrictions on its borders and resources. Its dependency on the Israeli economy means some 80 percent of its exports go to Israel.

Palestine’s rich cultural heritage is constantly in danger under Israeli occupation. Since October 7, Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has destroyed more than 200 cultural heritage sites, including museums, libraries, and mosques. Israel has also destroyed more than 390 educational institutions, including every university in Gaza. On January 17, the Israeli military used explosives to destroy Israa University in Gaza City. These are just some of the ways daily life in Palestine is restricted under Israeli occupation. Israel’s control and domination violate international laws and deprive Palestinians of their right to self-determination. They have also diminished Palestine’s economy, making it dependent on Israel, according to a report by the UN’s Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. “We’re traumatised,” Abu Diab, who was forced to pay for the demolition of his own home earlier this year, said. Palestinians say Israel’s continuing system of oppression has meant that the Nakba has never really ended.
